We oversee jobs from start to finish and have access to reputable and dependable building contactors, electricians, plumbers, tile contractors and painters.
Fees and Terms

Logue Design charges and hourly rate of $75. This includes time spent meeting, planning and selecting for clients. We charge %10 above our cost for purchases made through our office.

A retainer fee which goes toward design time may be charged up front depending on the extensiveness of the project.
